  • Primary - Sell Armanino Business Outsourcing Services – Strategic Finance Outsourcing, Accounting Outsourcing, HR Outsourcing, and other related Managed Services offerings
  • Secondary - Sell all Armanino Consulting Solutions (including Corporate Finance & Restructuring, Law Firm Services, Technology, and CFO Advisory)
  • Track record of success in selling outsourced services solutions both where the buyer does not currently have a functional solution and where the buyer could replace existing staff with a higher value solution
  • Knows how to build and convey a compelling business case to buyers and influencers at multiple levels in the client’s organization, including CEO and Board-level selling
  • Demonstrated experience generating, identifying, qualifying and pursuing your own leads to successful conclusions with a strong hunter mentality
  • Must be able to manage all aspects of sales for new business opportunities from prospecting and scoping through proposal writing and contract negotiations
  • Aggressively research, identify, contact and qualify leads
  • Continuously build and maintain a robust pipeline and opportunities
  • Actively participate in marketing initiatives to generate leads including webinars, trade shows, industry events, etc.
  • Effectively communicate and build ongoing relationships with prospects, clients and personnel via telephone, email, networking and in-person
  • Work effectively in a team environment
  • Travel may be required depending on sales opportunity


  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field. Degree in Accounting or Finance, a strong plus
  • 5+ years experience selling professional services with strong Solution Selling foundation
  • Direct Sales experience, including quotas, transaction volume and managing sales activities (calls, demos, meetings, etc.)
  • Experience selling to Private Equity and Venture Capital firms, their portfolio companies, and to prospective clients with annual revenues of $10-100 million a significant plus
  • Able to develop, manage and execute targeted sales plan
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales objective and territory/account development
  • Demonstrated prospecting and qualifying sales potential over the phone and web, building a large number of prospects in the sales pipeline and closing them quickly
  • Ability to learn Consulting solutions quickly and efficiently, including the applicability of outsourcing services and competitive advantages of Armanino’s approach. This position requires the ability to become deeply fluent in the financial and human resources organization, business processes and industry needs / terminology
  • Ability to present compelling propositions to an executive-level audience
  • Strong business development, opportunity qualification, alignment of client needs to solution capabilities, presentation skills, and the ability to present technical concepts and business solutions clearly through demonstrations and proposals are required
  • Ability to work and adapt in a fast-paced, ever-changing and growing organization
  • Strong verbal and written communication ability
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills
