As an Audit Client Experience Coordinator within our Center of Excellence (COE) practice, you will supervise and plan COE engagements, and recognize and resolve moderately complex engagement issues encountered. Additionally, you will help to ensure the completion of COE engagements and interact as needed with clients and audit teams to identify and resolve issues to allow the Firm to prepare and execute an audit of the clients’ financial statements.  Your role will be a critical part of ensuring that our clients receive an exceptional client service experience.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Bring consistent positive energy to the workplace and to the completion your job duties. You will be a key ambassador of the firm to its clients and a key liaison between the firm’s clients and audit teams.
  • Always maintain a client service focus and communicate with both the audit teams and client personnel in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Monitor COE job status and communicate upcoming engagement steps to both the audit team and client in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with the client to ensure the timely receipt of required audit schedules and test procedures support.
  • Update Audit COE Manager of job status and engagement issues in a timely and consistent manner.
  • Working with the client, COE, and audit teams, assist in the completion of data import procedures and required data reconciliation and completeness procedures.
  • Complete procedures to document the accuracy of financial schedules.
  • Prepare clear and accurate workpapers.
  • Understand and comply with the Firm’s quality control policy.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • High School Diploma and client services or administrative services experience required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent preferred.
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and project management skills.
  • Ability to resolve issues independently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat Engagement. 
  • Maintain neat and professional appearance.
  • Possess a courteous, cooperative and professional attitude.
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm and desire to succeed.
  • Display a commitment to acting in the best interest of the Firm.
  • Practice discretion and discernment in dealing with client and Firm matters.

Eligibility to work in the U.S. is required for intern and entry-level positions.
