TEAM UP WITH US!

The Presales Consultant will be responsible for providing expertise in selling, shaping, defining, the sales cycle for D365 Finance & Supply Chain ERP engagements.  Involved from an early stage of pre-sales, you will be a senior member of the team that leads the client from the presales stage through to closing the deal.   Your key accountability will be to take ownership of the solution and its intended benefits from first contact until the transition to delivery. You will provide industry and solution leadership at every stage and will act as a trusted advisor to the client throughout the relationship.

 

Your key areas of focus are solution envisioning, solutions landscape design, product demonstration, and sales support, as well as business input to proposal development and client sales activities.

WHAT YOU'LL DO 

  • Works closely with account managers as the functional expert to scope and outline the solutions deliverables required to meet prospect/customer needs and support achievement of the team sales goals. 
  • Translate customer requirements to configured D365 environments and perform detailed product demonstrations.
  • Assess and respond to Request for Proposals, utilizing product and industry knowledge.
  • Secures input from all necessary solution stakeholders within the prospect/customer organization to create and deliver a dynamic presentation.
  • Work with service estimating team to scope solution for prospect/customer.
  • Coordinates closely with internal sales and professional services resources to align solution design with prospects and customers’ business requirements.
  • Work closely with Armanino, Microsoft and partner account sales teams to share account insight, create win themes and determine a solution that meets the prospect/client’s requirements.
  • Participate in dry-run meetings, lead pre-sales discovery workshops, conduct proposal reviews
  • Provide solutions in a professional manner and to agreed timeframes
  • Create and confidently deliver presentations internally and externally.
  • Help develop and maintain the company’s "trusted advisor" status with prospects and customers by demonstrating our company’s ability to meet customer needs.
  • Maintain strong relationships with partner ISV consultants and partner sales executives.
  • Maintains strong relationships with Microsoft sales executives and Technical Solution Professionals (TSP).
  • Continues researching and learning Dynamics 365, related relevant partner solutions and industry trends by attending webinars, reading blog postings and building relationships with industry experts.
  • Active participant and consulting leader within the Global ERP community
  • Maintain ready availability of ERP demos, labs, prototypes

 

 

 

WHAT YOU'LL NEED 

  • At least 5 years + in ERP, preferable with Microsoft Dynamics AX/365
  • Knowledge about the areas of Supply Chain management
  • Demonstrable pre-sales experience with D365 Supply Chain
  • Strong experience in enterprise applications doing pre-sales work
  • Experience in Life Science, High Tech and/or Complex Manufacturing would be an added plus
  • Prior experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365; ideally 4 plus years
  • Excellent communication skills – written and oral
  • Must possess strong relationship-building expertise, creative thinking skills, and exemplary problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to demonstrate and present business solutions to customers and prospects
  • Ability to demonstrate experience in Supply Chain
