We are seeking a Director, National Office Operations to oversee our office footprint, which comprises 20+ locations. This role will be responsible for leading facilities and office management activities firmwide, including managing a team of office managers, administrators, and facilities personnel; develop and implement strategizes to support office operations nationally and locally. You will work collaboratively with firm and service line leadership and with peer operations leaders. You will work closely with the Director of Real Estate to ensure alignment of people processes and real estate renovation and construction efforts.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

  • Responsible for Armanino’s facilities management nationwide;
  • Oversee and supervise office managers, office administrators, receptionists, facilities and other administrative personnel who assist in the day-to-day operation of the firm’s office locations (the “Office Staff”) includes defining job duties, setting performance development plans and goals, conducting annual performance evaluations;
  • Develop, document and implement key office policies and processes for consistent daily office operations (reception, supplies/snacks, mail/delivery coordination, absence coverage; etc.), including strategies to support offices without dedicated on-site personnel;
  • Manage office/facilities related vendors;
  • Primary point of contact for landlords/property managers;
  • Collaborate closely with the Director of Real Estate on lease actions, landlord relations, renovation projects, portfolio review and planning, office renovations, office moves and intervals for refreshes);
  • Maintain data on space utilization for use when analyzing space needs
  • Operate as a team player committed to working in an inclusive environment with the ability to work independently and with all levels of management
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and local building codes
  • Occasional domestic travel required

  • A degree in Project/Facility Management, business management or similar required.
  • A minimum 10+ years managing facility/office management functions and teams.
  • Sound knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations.
  • Experience in construction, maintenance and all facets of facility operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively work with multiple teams across the country.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, especially with remote teams.
  • Nimble, creative, and dynamic — adapting to change comes naturally for you.
  • Able to collaborate with teammates at all levels of the organization.
  • A knack for presenting complex information and analytics in a clear, concise way.
